What is SYPC?
The Singapore Young Photographers' Convention (SYPC) is a biennial inter-school photography competition that gives young photographers, from secondary to JC / Poly / ITE students, an opportunity to explore their creativity and showcase their photographic prowess.

The 14áµ—Ê° SYPC will retain the Team format, whereby each team of 3 submits a batch of 6 photos aligned to a specific theme. The most meaningful and visually appealing photos are recognised and nominated for bountiful prizes. We look forward to your active participation and receiving your photos!

Competition Details

Venue: THEATRE@IlluminITE, ITE College Central Block A, Level 2, 2 Ang Mo Kio Dr, Singapore 567720
Reporting time: 7:30AM
Programme start time: 8:00AM
Attire: School Uniform, Smart Casual (For Polytechnic Students only)

All teams would be allocated about 2.5 - 3 hours to take photos. Please plan your photos beforehand according to the theme to make best use of this time.

Lunch and light refreshment will be provided for participants from 1.30pm. However, we still encourage all participants to have breakfast before the event.
